We hope you love your new Bulalicious Activewear pieces just as much as we loved creating them for you. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan and our team are always here and happy to help:
You are entitled to exchange your product or receive a credit note providing:
- You have yet to wear or wash your new gear
- The tags are still attached
- You are making the return within 7 days of purchase for Fijian shipped orders and 14 day for international orders
- You are able to present the original receipt
- We DO NOT exchange swimwear bottoms due to hygiene reasons
Refunds or replacements are not provided for change of mind or delivery delays. In the event of a faulty item, as determined by a Bulalicious representative, a replacement will be shipped when possible subject to stock availability and upon Bulalicious receiving the original garment.
To return an item:
STEP ONE: Please email email@example.com with the below details.
• Your full name
• Contact details
• Order Number (found on your receipt)
• Details of preferred replacement item/s (item name and size)
Replacement items must be selected from the current range. We will respond to you to confirm your item has been put aside.
STEP TWO: Please ensure the items you are returning are unworn, in their original condition and have the tags attached.
STEP THREE: Once items are received we will then assess the products to ensure they are not worn/stained/damaged or washed and have their original tags and then if we are satisfied that the product hasn’t been tampered with a full refund will be giving within 72 hours
