Feeling Lazy And Don’t Know Where To Start??

 In Bulalicious Blogs

I’m sure we know of people that say they love to workout!! When it comes to me it’s a LOVE/HATE relationship. Those days where you push, push and push throughout the workout, you find yourself at the end of the it all, sweaty, tired, your facial expression coming out of that gym gives the expression of “I did it! Now lets move on!!” Then there are other days where you seem to be on automatic control and seem super cool through the workout. Yes, we all have those days. The biggest challenge is to get ourselves motivated to actually workout. Here are some tips that’ll help get you moving…

1. Think ahead of time on the type of music you like and an exercise that you enjoy as you warm up.

2.Your workout outfit. Plan ahead, there is nothing wrong with that. A lot of times we think OK, i’ll just put on a pair of shorts and a t-shirt…well there is nothing wrong with that either but there is a difference when you wear something that compliments your body type, gets you all excited to workout and thus pushing you to limits you didn’t think of hitting during the workout. Bottom line if you look GREAT, you will feel GREAT and I can guarantee you will reach GREATNESS. For me, having Bulalicious as a part of my wardrobe gives me the excitement to look forward to everyday and think to myself..hmmm now what to wear?…that gives me the excitement to go and workout.

3. Schedule your workout days. Like I mentioned earlier, I have those days where I don’t feel like working out but HEYYY… do we hear that exercising is not good for us?? Definitely NOT..we’ve got to …”Do it, do it right and do it right now”. Once you get started the rest is history…at the end of it your body and mind receives a great workout. It starts to register within your system as you do this over and over and it will become more of a natural routine for you.

4. Don’t forget that you are loved. Don’t be too hard on yourself. If you missed a workout for whatever reason, know that you have options. Maybe your bodies telling you that you need to rest, or switch up the workout routines to keep you excited and wanting to work out. I workout 5 days a week, morning and afternoon. It’s not the easiest and I try to get the most out of my workouts. However, we know our bodies. Please learn to love yourself. Don’t compare yourself to others. Everyone has a different body type, everyone has different ways of doing things, SO…keep Moving, keep Smiling, YOU’VE GOT THIS!!

Love, Suka x
